About Camp Tibet
A North American Tibetan Community Project
Camp Tibet — a new Tibetan summer camp for the children of North American Tibetan families is a non-profit project under the auspices of the Office of Tibet, working with Tibetan community associations and the Conservancy for Tibetan Art and Culture. Camp Tibet’s long-term goal is to help young Tibetans living in North America strengthen their vital connections to Tibetan identity, community, and culture.
The inaugural session of Camp Tibet — held in the summer of 2025 — offered young Tibetans from around North America an unforgettable one-of-a-kind experience combining the fun of outdoor adventure with a deep and meaningful immersion in Tibetan culture.
