Camp Tibet Youth Counselors Needed!

Camp Tibet — a Tibetan summer camp for the children of North American Tibetan families — is looking for Tibetans interested in working as youth counselors, who can join us onsite at Camp Tibet in upstate New York, for the full camp session, August 15-21, 2026.

As a Camp Tibet Youth Counselor, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun and engaging summer camp experience for our young Tibetan campers.

Our Youth Counselors are a vital part of the Camp Tibet experience, acting as role models to our wonderful campers, while helping to lead and participate in a variety of daily activities. Our Youth Counselors also have the opportunity to learn about and assist with lessons based on Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning, a program focused on developing important life skills in young people based on His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s vision for a secular education.

If you are aged 18-25, and want more information about serving as one of our amazing Camp Tibet Youth Counselors, including a full description of the responsibilities, please email us at info@camptibet.org. And please get in touch with us with any questions you may have. Thank you!
